Fiduciary Advisor

What is a Fiduciary?

Only Registered Investment Advisors are Investment Fiduciaries

What makes us different?

There is an official distinction we hold over the majority of other financial advisors.

We are completely independent and objective when making investment or planning recommendations to our clients. We are paid directly by our clients on a fee basis.
Our portfolio management decisions are driven by: our clients’ goals, our disciplined investment philosophy, and risk management. We are not incentivized, nor do we benefit from any transaction-based compensation.

We do not owe allegiance to any particular brokerage firm, financial product, fund family, or investment.
We have the freedom to make unbiased, prudent investment decisions for our clients; and we do.

Why that's important

Here are some of the typical RIA characteristics you should find important:

RIAs have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of their clients.

RIAs use institutional custodians to hold and safeguard their clients’ investments.

RIA firms are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and are subject to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, making RIAs some of the most highly regulated entities in the financial industry.

RIAs work with complex portfolios and address unique needs that require a highly customized level of investment expertise.
