Would there be enough evidence to convict you of being in business?
To answer this question, you must ask yourself another:
How many people have I shown my business and/or products to in the last 24 hours? If the answer is none, then you have a hobby, not a business. If you had a real business, you would be working it every single day.
So, you have to make the decision whether you want a hobby (which doesn't pay) or a big business (which pays big income).
